Never been used on stage or gigs I have only used it at home but my brother who is in a band loaded it up with tons of presets and some choptones . It’s in perfect condition and working order. I am only a novice and still learning so it is way to professional for me and not getting used, the amount of amps,cabs,effects,mics,presets for all kinds of bands etc on this helix that are all set up and ready to use is unbelievable and there is still lots of empty space to add even more snapshots and presets that you can either download or make yourself
